How to "unprotect" protected sensitive documents?

  1. If someone "accidentally" have selected this option, just to realize these documents need to be accessible to other parties, how can they be "unprotected"?

    2. If You have several thousand files and only some have been "protected" (=encrypted"), how can these be easily identified for "unencryption"?

Please open your AVG Internet Security -> Hacker attacks -> Ransomware -> All protected folders

Then remove the unwanted files from the list.
