How to unroot a phone from high privilege mode

Hello Thando,
AVG’s recommendation is to use non-rooted devices, that is, devices with their original factory operating system settings. Since “un-rooting” a rooted device practically involves a factory data reset, wiping all the data stored on the device and a replacement of the operating system, this action is not supported by AVG AntiVirus. The user himself has to decide on and take this action.
For additional support regarding the “un-rooting” process of a rooted device, AVG recommends contacting the company or store from which the device was originally purchased.
