How to update AVG on Android jellybean

Hello Brian.
We'd like to inform that AVG AntiVirus is compatible with Android OS 5.0 and higher only.
It is not compatible with Android Jellybean (4.x).

I am trying to update my virus scanner on Android Jellybean but I get a message to say AVG is not compatible with my device.  How do I update the virus definitions?
