Hi ! I received another offer by email during the week-end and this time, the link lead me to a Canadian website for the transaction. I finally succeed but I’m still amazed by the number of problems I faced. Imagine that: I’m a web developer so how a “regular” customer would have react in the same circumstances. I lost about an hour to test all options. It is one of the most awful experience of this kind I’ve ever had.

I received an offer (by email) to upgrade from PC Tuneup Utilities to the latest AVG TuneUp version for 20.99 Euro. I tried over and over to proceed but there is always a problem. First, it did not offer Canada in the country dropdown. I finally found the way to work it around but then, I lost the special offer. The price is 50$ CA instead of around 30$ CA. Next, I tried to fill in the form but it is always rejected because of cookie settings. Then I tried to get in touch with the support through a form but the security code is always rejected (I'm pretty sure the one I entered is OK) !!! I tried in french and english. I tried with the country set to Canada but also with the USA form and the Europe form. Always a problem. The last problem I have is that I can fill the form but there is no submit button at the end. I can only see a "call" button which redirected me to a login page. So, I registered to AVG (create the account) but again, I'm stucked there.
I love your software but, hell, how can I proceed to upgrade this software ? Thank you !
p.s. I have many clients who will face the same issue so hopefully I will solve this before they come requesting me the same.
p.p.s. I sincerily hope this form will work if not, I quit !
