How to use avg instructions on avg 2017

I understand your concern. Please let me know if you are using free or paid version of AVG. If you are using paid version, please disable AVG temporarily in your computer and check if you are able to use this gamestream software.

To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and you can see a scroll bar to "Disable Protection". Please click on the same to disable AVG Protection and after which check if you are able to access this applications.

i am trying to use these instructions :

1. Open AVG
2. Options -> Firewall Settings
3. Click "Expert Mode"
4. System Services
5. Click "Manage or add your own system rules"
6. Click "Add"
7. In the new window, for "protocol," select "TCP"
8. For "direction," select "Both ways," and then click OK.
9. For "local port(s)," click "User selected ports; check a port in the list or add your own to the edit box"
10. Copy and paste these ports 35043,47991,47995,47996,47989,47984,48010 then click "OK"
11. For "remote port(s)," select "All ports (0 - 65535)," and then click OK.
12. For "remote address(es)," select "All Networks," and then click OK.
13. Click "Add"
14. In the new window, for "protocol," select "UDP"
15. For "direction," select "Both ways," and then click OK.
16. For "local port(s)," click "User selected ports; check a port in the list or add your own to the edit box"
17. Copy and paste these ports 7,9,47999,47992,47998,47989,48000 then click "OK"
18. For "remote port(s)," select "All ports (0 - 65535)," and then click OK.
19. For "remote address(es)," select "All Networks," and then click OK.
20. Click "OK" until you're back to the list of System Services and Protocols
21. Click "Apply" and OK in the Windows popup
22. Click "OK" and OK in the Windows popup

I am not sure how to apply these settings to avg 2017 and i would like soe assistance in oing so, i would really like to use my gamestream software to play games without having to uninstall avg but if i have to i guess i will change firewall protection, here is original post:

Thank you for confirming us the same. Please open the AVG Internet Security installed in your computer and click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Once this is done, click on "Network Profile(Left side of the interface) and change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public".

If the issue persists, I have sent you an email. Please follow the steps from the email to get connected to our AVG advanced support. They will check this for you.
