On August 11 2024 I have been charged on my Amex card €93,99 from Digital River Ireland for the renewal of an AVG antivirus that I have never bought. Furthermore I have never used my Amex card with AVG or Digital River so I am asking how they have acquired my data.
It is impossible to request cancellation on the AVG site or Refund as the Chat line has always connection problems and it is impossible to download the form for the request of cancellation and refund.
Last but non least if I enter the AVG site it clearly states that the product for the renewal of which AVG has charged me with 93,99 is not installed on any device.
