Open AVG Anti-virus app/AVG Cleaner app.
Tap on the drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.
I'm not sure where to post this as it covers different areas, but it is in re: my AVG protection.
I have AVG Pro on my Android cell.
Afew mo bk it just disappeared. I couldn't even find it on my purchased Google lists.
Then a couple months later, it just reappeared and is pretty different. Nearly everything from the layout to the functions. It kinda is the same, but, also, Not. I'm concerned because it isn't protecting like AVG.
1)
Everytime my phone reboots AVG resets to needing; permissions granted, access granted, web enabled, admin, etc.
And it's not just 1 simple button/action needed EVERY time. So when I reboot (or, it does on it's own,) I have to go through several settings tring to grant permissions n activate all and frequently I'm in middle of something and forget to get back to the settings at reboot til some time (sometimes, days) later

The programs are a lot similar to the SBG ones before this happened and AVG just took another payment for another year, but, I'm not finding that I've subscribed… Have sent messages using my AVG with no reply so, I'm starting to wonder.

Debugging: cell debugging is enabled, but, unable to get cell to make a report.
It just makes a quick vibrate, and it "appears" to take care of it but, according to Info online, I should have to email it instead, a window pops up and says to be patient system working on report and will email it. Pretty sure it hasn't happened after my dozen or more so times of pressing the button and getting the same reply window in last 2 days.
How can I find out if something else is Acting like AVG but isnt? (Hope I said that to make where it makes sense…?)
Or, if it is AVG, How the heck do I make it keeps my settings after/through a reboot? I know it can keep the settings because it did fine for 1/2 the year I paid for it before this happened…)

Thanks anyway. Been trying that through app too. That's what's got me concerned about this AVG.
