HP Solution Centre Issue

Yes disabled firewall and total internet security program…printer works fine with or without program working…the scanning bit using the HP Solution Centre wont load up…its as though AVG is blocking it…but I've created an exception in the firewall but still wont work.

I have recently installed PC Tune up and Internet Security, since then I cannot scan any documents from my HP Officejet 7210 using the HP Solution Centre which is the dedicated software for scanning etc. I've created an exception in my firewall for the exe file for the program but still wont work…any clues?

Have you disabled AVG Firewall and checked if the printer is working fine?

I have disabled AVG Internet Security and its Firewall…but still does not work.
I cannot seem to find a switch off switch for AVG PC Tune up though!
