It was unintentional in truth.
There is a fault with your system as when I posted the question it stated I didnt have priveledges so I thought it hadnt gone through twice!

Hi Guys
I have recently installed PC Tune up and Internet Security, since then I cannot scan any documents from my HP Officejet 7210 using the HP Solution Centre which is the dedicated software for scanning etc. I've created an exception in my firewall for the exe file for the program but still wont work…any clues?
