I reccomend upgrading to AVG 2014 first.
If it doesn't help send us diagnostic output using this tool.

What do i do with this?

Not sure what you mean by that, You can use same license to AVG 2014 as you use for 2013(upgrade is free).

I can not upgrade to 2014 because this is a 2 year subsribtion bought last year.
I also see no tool for me to use in your posting.
