Решено: запустил CyberGhostVPN, изменил IP-страны на Германию, - все обновилось. 
Задолбали Вы со своими санкциями!

I pressed update and 
I get:
Updating
step 1/2
100% error downloading....
it does not complete
i get error: HTTP server returned error
why is the server not connecting?

this error repeats constantly

Almost 3 months later, and I am still seeing this error message.

And now my AVG Cloudcare has updated itself to become Avast Business Antivirus, and it keeps hitting false positives on known good files.

Where is your concern team at on a fix here?
