Hello Mike.
Thank you for reaching us here.
Could you check whether that particular person has his AVG up to date with latest definitions?

An email with Word document attached was sent to about 15 people via Google Groups.  One member reported that his AVG gave a virus warning.  I have AVG and also received a copy of the email with the Word document and AVG indicated that it was virus free.  No other member of the group received a virus warning.  A few days later I sent another email through Google Groups with a Word document attached and the same thing happened.   The same person received the same virus warning - everyone else did not get a warning from their antivirus software.  In both cases, I sent the same email with the same Word document to the person who reported the problem, but to his direct email address, not through Google Groups.  In both of these cases, he did not get a virus warning/quarantine of the email/file.
His warning is below:

Hello Mike.

His software version is the same as mine - 21.5.3185
His virus definition version is 210716-0   He is automatically updated, same as me.

Just ran a "test" - forwarded the copy of my email with attachment that came to me through Google Groups to his email account - it did not trigger a virus warning

Also, I don't know if it makes any difference, but the earlier email and the latest email that went to him through Google Groups both listed PartNo_2885751509 as the item quarantined
