It is very ironic that every site for login info is not secure and avg login site is the only one that keeps me secure. I may be wrong however this is beginning to sound alot like a malware program.
James, When using AVG Internet Security you should only have 1 firewall enabled either AVG or Windows.

My toolbar search has the 'https://' crossed out and says my connection may not be private. I turned off AVG firewall and 'https://' is secure. What is the deal here?

Windows is off when avg is on and avg is not on when winows is. I only did this to see if it was avg problem or my system. It is an avg problem because problem goes away when I eliminate avg security. i found out this troubleshooting method after checking on web why the http: is crossed out with an x on lock.

Your protection service did a sweep of my system just today. I have uninstalled all AVG products. I have installed a trusted virus protection service and 5 items were found. Three needed further analysis, however a positive ID of an Adware and a Trojan were removed. Your protection service did a sweep of my system just today. In the case this is an unidentified malicious program in your system I am giving you the ID of both.

I will not allow you to do a remote on my computer. This is like giving an arsonist a lit match. I just have to accept my loss of my subscription fee. Thank you for offering help however I have made up my mind.
