HTTPS scan blocks access to our website for our customers

Hello,

AVG is blocking access to our website for our customers. Can you help fixing this problem?

The error they and I get on the JS file is:
ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

Sometimes the second time reloading, or reload without caching, solves the problem. But that is not a solution for customers.

edit:
Disabling Quic on de VPS solves the problem, but that is not ideal.

Any info about this?

You won’t get a response from anyone at AVG on this forum unfortunately. You have to contact them on either Facebook messenger or X to have a chance at getting a response. Personally I suggest cutting ties with AVG as soon as possible and finding a different service provider, as AVG are one of the absolute worst companies to deal with.
