If the message appears again, do take a quick screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of it and share it here. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

We'd also recommended to perform a deep scan using AVG. Open AVG Antivirus/Internet Security interface.
Click on gear icon near "scan computer" and select "deep scan".

I posted a message relating to lack of AVG protection and received an answer at AVG Community  but this is not recognised. Can you assist please?
