Hi Alan I’m having exactly the same problem now, I’m trying to get a refund but what a job I’m having getting all info they want. It’s just taken me 1/2 hour to find my license number. My renewal doesn’t take effect until 5th of next month so I’m bloody annoyed that they’re taking money today.
My subscription has just renewed and I have been hit with a massive increase of around 50%! I understand that this covers 10 devices, but I only have a laptop!
Had i seen this coming i would have cancelled, as it is way more than i can afford or need. What can i do about this, can i cancel now for a refund?
