Huion graphics tablet stopped working after using AVG

I have a Huion graphics tablet that I use to edit photos.  It has always worked great with my Windows 10 PC.  I recently downloaded the free version of AVG and used it, then my tablet stopped working.  When I power it up, it says "No signal."  When I go into settings on my PC, it shows there's no secondary display connected.  If I boot my computer into Linux, the tablet works just fine- so it's obviously not a hardware issue.  It appears AVG changed something in my Windows settings to prevent the tablet from connecting.  

 

I've tried installing new software from Huion, but that didn't help any.  What else could be the problem?

Initially, please clarify how you connect your tablet with windows computer. 
Meanwhile, please try disabling AVG protection temporarily to check if it is causing the issue.
