Do you wish to wish to enable the automatic renewal for AVG Internet Security which is valid till 9/7/2019?

I see that the automatic renewal for AVG TuneUp trial subscription is cancelled successfully.

Today, 4/7/19 I accidentally cancancelled my AVG internet security.  I meant to cancel my 60 "Trial AVG Tiune up.  
How do I reinstate my AVg internet security?
