Finally i now know what the problen is, i had no idea that Digital River Minnesota was in fact your booking agent. i couldl not recognise the name or the charge.. i asked AMEX to investigate and they came back and informed me that as far as they were concerned it was a legitimate charge. Great, but i still had no idea as to who the charge was to,.so i asked them to investigate further. Due to the customer forum i was able to determine that DRM was you. How i wish you had given me some idea to begin with. i have now instructed AMEX to process the charge, I will know in future that DRM is AVG. i expect the charge to be processed by tomorrow and hopefully you will stop sending pink reminders.
