I have a email account. It is an imap account. But I can not get any emails because it is blocked by my Avg Pro. And therefor I have to turned it off so I can get emails. I have windows 10 and microsoft 365.
And the email account is an another server. I do not have had that problem earlier, but I have got a new PC and 365 account.
So what can I do?
I hope you can help and understand my quistion .

I use the correct ports 993 and 465.
Can I "tell" AVG in the menu , thar the server that is used is ok?
