If you want to resolve performance issues (or) privacy issues you need to have AVG Tuneup and AVG Secure VPN program. You will get suggestion to have these program when you run Smart scan using AVG Internet Security. If you do not want to have it, you can just click Skip option for those issues in scan result.
Also, we have option to disable promotional pop-ups in AVG program privacy settings. Refer the below article to know how to do it :

My order number is (Removed for privacy reason) I have paid for protection but for some reason when I update my scan I am being asked to extend my free protection for another 10 days or pay. As I have already paid I don't seem to be able to get the final choice of protection. Please confirm that I am covered.
