I am having issue with lauching a game from blizzard app to play avg keeps blocking it

Are you using a free or trial version of AVG AntiVirus? Do you receive any error message or threat detection pop up from AVG when you start the game with AVG enabled?
If you do, please share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of it.
I'd request you to disable individual components in AVG to narrow down which component is causing the issue.

I am able to play my blizzard game keep starting then stops i disable avg and it works
