Thank you for choosing AVG but I regret to hear that you are experiencing difficulties to activate it. Please follow the instructions below to complete the activation using your license number:

Open AVG Anti Virus/Internet Security, click on 'My AVG'.
Click on 'My Subscription'.
Then click on 'Enter license number' to enter your new license number.
If you do not see this option, click on 'Log out' to see it.
The program will update to paid version automatically.
You may have to reboot the PC once to finish the activation.
