I am surprised to find your mail saying that “This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased AVG TuneUp (1 year subscription).”
I want to clarify you that you people who propose a free version which I never asked you, have been installed as a free version. A free version, after the due periods can it be converted to automatic extensions costing me €44.99 without my consent?
Please find out the error occurred or give me the evidences for your story. At least show me the advantages I get for the amount debited (€44.99) which I feel that I am not at all interested.
As I have not benefited any advantage, I request you to return back the amount debited (€44.99).
