I have two AVG products I believed I had discontinued when payment period ended. And I still got charged for both products. I went into my order history to request a refund.
I followed the process of requesting a refund, but it appears that finalize the process I need to chat with an agent. Been waiting for 1 hour and 1o minutes and still no agent here. So is there another alternative that will help me with this issues. Trying to see if there is a 800 number or other relevant alternatives.
So far not happy with the service level or rather lack of service level at AVG.
