Hello Helen,

The automated email to reactivate the subscription is only meant for the old version. Please follow the below steps to activate the AVG Internet Security subscription with the renewal key:
Open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ Remove license (If you have that option) > Select Enter new License number > Enter the renewal license > click OK to reactivate the program.

I am told to go to support & click on reactivate to renew my AVG. There is no reactivate
to click on. What do I do?
