You can open control panel and check if AVG is there in the list of installed programs. You can also access AVG by clicking on the start icon and typing as AVG.

Recently my hard drive was replaced ( disaster not through my making) I asked the IT personal at work once hard drive was replaced to reinstall my AVG virus protection products. I am not sure if this was done. Can you please check for me. How can I connect to chat and get some online help please
