I am unable to cancel my free trial subscription. I keep going around and around in circles

I am looking for any help!!! I am unable to cancel my "free" trial subscription that is due to expire on Nov. 13/24. I do not want to have to end up having to pay for something I do not want and then trying somehow to get a refund out of you. PLEASE HELP ME.
