I am unable to respond to answers from AVG as I, apparently, have not posted any questions?

Hello Graham,
From your previous post I can see that you were unable to open link sent by emails. You can try to answer us here in this post. May I know if the issue is resolved when AVG protection is disabled? Right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the On/Off slider to disable AVG protection.

Hallo Alok, I still have the same problem when AVG is dissabled. I do not have it when I look at my email on the KPN site.
