I am unable to run VPN anymore it no longer functions

Hello Avinash,
Here are the results from your advice.
They are as follows:-

  1. My internet connection is running at this very moment and VPN is disconnected because it will not connect.
  2. I am unable to select a different AVG server location on the main interface as AVG will not run, it has to be running to enable me to do so.
  3. I run no other VPN services.
  4. I have tried restarting my PC over and over but AVG VPN just will not run.
  5. My firewall is perfectly OK, as for Consulting the related documentation for information about running a VPN, what is that and where is it?
  6. I am unable to confirm that my subscription is active due to the fact that I am unable to run AVG VPN to allow me to access My subscriptions to check Active appears next to AVG Secure VPN.

If AVG Secure VPN is unable to establish a connection, try the following troubleshooting steps:

- Check that your internet connection works when AVG Secure VPN is disconnected. If your internet connection isn't working, check your network configuration.
- Select a different AVG server location by clicking 'Change location' on the main interface.
- Disconnect other VPN services that may be running on your PC. If you are connected to another VPN, it is likely that AVG Secure VPN won't work properly.
- Restart your PC and try connecting to AVG Secure VPN again.
- Check the configuration of your firewall. Firewall configurations vary according to the vendor/manufacturer. Consult the related documentation for information about running a VPN.
- Confirm that your subscription is active. Open AVG Secure VPN, click My AVG▸ My subscriptions ▸ Subscriptions on this PC. Ensure Active appears next to AVG Secure VPN.

I am unable to run VPN nymore, I subscribed for another one year 2021 – 2022 but it only functioned for a very short time, all I get now is this message:

“VPN Ran into a technical problem”
“Sorry, it is not possible to establish a connection”

I only get trouble using AVG, I will be thinking very seriously if I should/not renew again.  My opinion having read many of the problems that I myself and other are experiencing that AVG is not a company to be trusted.
