I am unable to update my credit card details. It keeps glitching and I can see there have been previous similar posts. I have tried clicking on the link from previous posts to directly contact a customer support team member but it just keeps taking me back to the home support page. I cannot find anything on the page where I can directly contact someone. I have 11 days until my subscription expires. If this is not sorted I am not going to renew my subscription. This has been a real pain over the last month to sort.
