We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon checking your records, we could see that you have AVG PC Tuneup unlimited (1 year subscription) which is valid till 2017. We would suggest you to reactivate your AVG PC Tuneup unlimited program, kindly follow the below steps to resolve the issue.
1.Please open your AVG Zen, click on your email address that is displayed on the top right corner of your Zen and select the option as log out as admin.
2.Then click on the same place where you had the email address and select the option as "Leave this Zen network" and confirm it by clicking ok.
3.Again click on the same place and select the option as "Connect to an existing Zen network" and please enter your username and password correctly then you will get pro version installed on it.

I have been advised that my avg tune up needs to be renew. After problems with Avg Tune up Augusr/September I finally got things corrected when one of your Perfomance?? people Advised that the problem was it had not been installed. He re installed and then tuned it up. It is work well, better than for a long time.
At thatb time I was advised that Sub for AVG Tune Up Was advised and i had until the end of year.I was very suprised to be advised that my sub needed to renewed.
