I appear to have 4 subscriptions, 2 of which are duplicates.I do not understand any of them. Help?

I appear to have 4 subsriptions, 2 of which are duplicates.  I suspect they are not even activated.  I really need someone to talk me through the setup, and would like to be able to talk to AVG people, rather than a subscriber.  How do I get to a real, flesh and bones  staffer?  Elaine Staples
