I bought a year of Ultimate for Android for $19.99 but, I'm still seeing ads and I'm being asked if I want to stop seeing ads!  Also, I got charged $10.90 for a year of Pro!  I thought Ultimate included everything ie Pro?  What is the problem and how do YOU fix it!!!
