Thank you for the information provided. I could see that you have purchased AVG Protection multidevice (1 year subscription)  & AVG Anti-Virus (3 computers) after checking in our database. Also, AVG Protection does not require a license number for activation, as it is activated using your AVG MyAccount that was created during your purchase . So, we would request you to uninstall all the AVG Products from your computer and reinstall AVG Protection. We have sent you an email to proceed with the uninstall and reinstall.
