I bought AVG Ultimate, have a license code, but no subscription shows

I bought AVG Ultimate on Saturday 18 March 2017 from AVG South Africa, and paid via Credit Card. Had to wait until Monday morning to get my license code. (So much for On-line Purchases) No subscription shows under my account, and my product says I only have Internet Security. (Expires in 30 days). Was furious in the first instance when I had to pay considerable more for the product in South Africa than on the AVG worldwide site where a promotion was (is) running. Seems like every country is working independently in determining pricing. At least AVG could have warned potential buyers to shop around on all AVG sites for the best price. I am beginning to think I might have made a huge mistake in buying Ultimate instead of just carrying on with my AVG Internet Security. Been running AVG for years and never had this kind of service or even needed support for the product. Just wondering … what now ? Hopefully AVG will finish their mayor site upgrade before my product expires.
