I bought the AVG antivirus the Tuesday 11 of sept of 2018 but suddendly doesn´t recon my subscriptio
On last year on the Tuesday 11 of septiember of 2018 ( 11:30 pm aprox) I bought the AVG antivirus and paid with credit card.... but suddendly today (Thursday 14 of March of 2019) i realize that it doesn´t recognize my subscription.... and therefore it only gives me the basic protection as if i wouldn´t never have payed... The problem that i have is that i saved the information of the bill and the number for activation on a hard disk that is damaged and is unusable... so i don´t remember any of the information of the buy and the activation data.... the only thing i have is the date of the buy and the aprox hour of the buy.... what do you recomend me to do to reactivate my account ??? i´m comunicating myself from Guadalajara, Jalisco, México....

Also i have various e-mail accounts on hotmail and gmail and i don´t remember which e-mail account i used with the buy and i can´t find the e-mail with the information of the buy… the other data that i have is the number of the credit card i used… it is a santander credit card… is a mastercard…
