We would like to clarify that the AVG Ultimate subscription purchased via Google PlayStore will not appear in AVG MyAccount now.
We are working on a update and soon it will be implemented from then you will be able to see it.
As of now, AVG Secure VPN and AVG Cleaner purchase done via Google PlayStore will be visible in AVG MyAccount.

May I ask what is the exact issue that you are experiencing with your mobile?

On Google Play it shows that I have the ultimate like I paid for it and it is good for 1 year until April next year but I still have problems with my DNS has and my phone I log into my account on here it does not show me having anyting Google play it does show me … I tried to post a screenshot on here but I guess it doesn't allow me to do that I don't know
