I can login to avg and into zen but not antitheft. Says my username or password is wrong

Do not remove your device from the Remote Management at avgmobilation, Removing the device will keep it locked. Also device must be connected to a known network Use your AVG MyAccount or Google Account.

Same thing happened to me. I have actually changed my password 3 times. I can log on at my AVG account but not in Anti theft using my myAVG account. I think the My AVG and Anti theft is not in sync.

seriously… this is your response… that i don't know my signon when i clearly stated that i can log into my acct and to zen… just not antitheft… they use the same signon.  Clearly whomever answered didn't even read… or doesn't understand english well enough to understand… EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTING

The mobilation web site is not working correctly… mayby you should glance at that!!

This has happened to me aswell, been trying for days to get on to it but keeps saying wrong user name or password, but same as you guys, i can still log into account and zen, but not antitheft.
