Click this link http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG PC TuneUp remover tool which will remove all traces of AVG and then restart your pc. Hi, when trying to install AVG PC TuneUp, after starting the installation, the error code appears 0xE001D01D, describing Event exec_finished, which has made that can not install the product, thank you very much for your help.
