I can not install on a new computer Product purchased for a computer that has stopped working

I  bought Avg Internet Security for a computer.
I have the email and the purchase password.
The purchase is valid until July 26, 2019.
I switched computers because the purchase had a problem with both HD.
On the new computer I can not install the purchased product.
