I can understand your concern. Please let me know if you are using the free or paid version of AVG Protection. Send us the screenshot(http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the error message you receive when you try to send emails.

Since I installed AVG, I can not send out any emails.
Have a warning that my emails will be viewed by a 3rd party with no certification.
Very UNHAPPY

John, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
