I can’t find my canceled subscriptions

Hi Kim,

I am sorry to hear that you wish to cancel the auto-renewal for your AVG subscriptions.

On checking, you have AVG Internet Security expiring on Jan 30, 2020.

As requested, I have cancelled the auto-renewal so you will not be charged in the future.

To close your AVG account, please visit https://www.avg.com/en-us/gdpr enter your email address and click Request Access. Then, please check the email in the inbox and click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.

I no longer use AVG, pls remove me data from your system.

I can’t find my canceled subscriptions.

Once you cancel a subscription, it’s removed from your My subscriptions page. If you need to retrieve information about a canceled subscription, contact our customer support.

Pls send information.
