My friend, in the site ( AVG Account) it can´t locate my phone too. Wifi is on. I´m very borring with this. I have two devices with AVG pro. How can i trust in it? I need the cel.

I will try to explain. My english is not so good.
 
     I have the AVG pro in my android device. Trying to test the anti-thief, i locked my cel phone using the site. (www.avgmobilation.com/pt/remote-managent). All the funcions worked good but the unlocked did not. I tryed the steps in the support without success and changed the password to. The wifi is on at the device. Why i can´t unlock it by the site? All the others funcions is working so good. I have too cel phones with AVG pro for android and i be scared with this problem because i need the cel to work.
