I cancelled my account

We'll certainly help with your concern.

I am unable to locate any recent charges for AVG subscription under your email address registered with AVG.

I have sent an email requesting more information. Please check the email and reply back to locate the charges.

Certainly you aren't alone, Marilyn Rowe.  I no longer use AVG and I cancelled all suscriptions last year.  Three times, since I was emailed about impending renewals and cancelled again each time.

Today, I was charged $52.74 on my account that I did not authorize from DRI*AVG Technologies. Their records here show no suscriptions, they tell me.

My account is confirmed as cancelled but I  have had $54.95 taken out of my visa debit card.
