I cannot access internet when I turn the VPN on

We regret the inconvenience this has caused you. Ensure whether, the public and private networks are managed in your VPN settings. This will help when you are connected via the wi-fi. Ensure to check whether your current network profile is under public or private. Please check to switch it to Private/public and check the VPN connection.
