I cannot activate Password Protection

Hello Stephan,

To activate AVG password protection, it is necessary to have AVG Antivirus free/Internet Security installed.
If you have it installed, then open the interface.
Click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions". If you haven't logged in, then click on "Log In" and enter your AVG my account credentials.
If it is already logged in, then log out and log in to check the status.

I cannot activate Password Protection. I have followed all the instructions but I only get the option to BUY.

I know and that's what I did a few times but with no luck.

I also loged out in ZEN (AVG PC TuneUp) and at the same time I logged out in AVG Internet Security.
Restarted my pc a few times.
I unstalled AVG Internet Security and did a reinstall.
But every time I login, it didnt activate AVG password protect.
