Same here! Downloadlink in mail is also dead.

Contact them on either Facebook messenger or X. It’s the only way you’ll be able to speak to an actual person

I would need an invoice for my business also. But no link is working in my profile for the “Get Invoice”, Digitalriver’s site and store are not online… What happened here? Also previous invoices are unavailable.
At AVG there is no one to contact. No email, no chat, no phone, no contact anyway.
