I cannot download and install AVG PC tuneup

I have paid for and have the activation code for PC TuneUp.  I am having problems downloading the
program.  My PC is running Win 7.  I have a ton of memory and hard drive.  I also have AVG inter-
net security installed.  I tried disabling the internet scty and still unable to download the PC tune-up.
