I cannot login into avg website

Whenever I try to login here Contact AVG Support - AVG Phone Number, and Chat Support, it says that I need to use my email that I used to login with. But I'm using my regular email, and it's not working. I registered in AVG with my regular email and I bought a subscription with it. What should I do?
